I am re-writing this report on the same day (8 February) as Defra is announcing its intention to lift the housing order element of the AI Prevention Zone (AIPZ) in most areas of England and Wales at the end of the month. I say most areas because producers in ‘High Risk Areas’ would be still be required to house.
