The second photo down looks more like a problem with injurious pecking. This includes feather pecking, vent pecking and cannibalism in higher end cases. Common areas for pecking to occur are the back (as shown) and the vent (anus). It is not known why it occurs but it is when one bird pecks the feathers of a conspecific leading to inflamed skin and bleeding. I've noticed many people getting this confused with skin problems when it is actually the chickens themselves. If there is one chicken in the flock with less injuries then she is likely to be the one who is administering the pecking.
