look closer to home ,free range eggs sold as free range when birds are kept locked in thats illegal, needs to be stopped , the company as been reported but nothing done about it

DEFRA what a joke they are.....they will stand idly by while illegal eggs come into the Country.

Strange isnt it that we dont have the money as a Country to police our Borders and consequently any Tom, Dick or Terrorist can arrive here....but we have the money to send the idiot inspectors round Farms to make sure they are not breaking EU stocking density rules !

Pity DEFRA have no plan how to stop illegal cage eggs coming in to this country after the cage ban 1/1/2012.
They certainly are not taking any prisoners with the stocking density changes on British producers, Why can they not be as strict with the illegal cage eggs, what a farce!
